I grew up in the mountains in Santa Cruz, CA, and my husband and I raised a family and live in Bonny Doon.
I began painting in 1999 when a friend asked me if I wanted to take a watercolor class, and I've been painting ever since.
I'm inspired to paint a variety of subjects. I like to include those little imperfections that are present in everything around us because it makes the painting more real.
