I was born and raised in Lafayette, IN, and went to Purdue University in West Lafayette. I have a B.A. in arts and crafts. I have been an artist most my life, selling at art fairs mostly.  My interest is in nature, landscapes, rustic buildings, barns, covered bridges and floral settings. My style is sort of contemporary, with many of my oil paintings being from my very vivid, creative imagination.
